Our Story
Founded in Nagpur in 2025, GitamriMaaji was born from a simple, powerful idea: the recipes and care of a mother deserve to be shared. Inspired by the flavours of his mother’s kitchen, founders Amit Sharma and Amrita Sharma turned family recipes into a small-batch pickle brand that brings authentic, homemade tastes to modern tables.
Our mission is to preserve and celebrate traditional Indian pickling — using organic ingredients, time-honoured techniques and zero preservatives — so every jar delivers the genuine, ghar-jaisa taste customers trust. We promise consistency, transparency and quality: handcrafted batches, clearly listed ingredients, and safe production under our registered licence (FSSAI No. 11525056000297).
gitamriMaaji offers 10 distinct pickles, each made with care; our customers' signature favourites are Lal Mirch Bharua and Mango Pickle — customer-loved for their bold, balanced flavours. Every jar is prepared by hand, using selected spices and ingredients to recreate the warmth of home with every bite.
